I started learning and using essential oils about 15 years ago. I initially got interested when I did not want to take pharmaceuticals for a skin problem. That was the beginning of my journey. I have used lots of combinations over the years but have discovered some interesting solutions I want to share with anyone who suffers. Look forward to sharing information I have gathered over the decades. I just reached the glorious milestone of turning 60 but I feel like I am forty. Essential oils has helped me to feel this way. I love taking a natural approach to life's problems. Especially when you are taking a solution that has so many wonderful "side effects" it seems like its cheating. I mean, haven't we come to expect the cure is worse than the problem, in our quick fix, take this prescription world? I started Help or Heal to add my voice to the wonderful world of natural healing. Living the experience

“I started this journey 2 years ago...” After experiencing extreme itching, scales, dry skin and rashes; the dreaded "eczema", went to the doctor who prescribed steroids'. Then I broke out again, only this time the eczema became infected and I had to take antibiotics and apply steroids. I was so frustrated because there was not a discussion about cures, or natural ways to deal with this skin disease. I started using essential oils to alleviate the problem. That is how I came across the formulas that have helped me to navigate what I call the "eczema experience".
